There is fried food on paper trays, cheap prizes hanging from every booth, and just enough noise to make standing close feel practical.

Stay until your feet hurt. There is always one more thing worth doing before the lights go out.

Best Friend to More

There's nothing in this world quite like a true, blue best friend that you can rely on. They've been with you through thick and thin, good and bad. You want to have fun? They're the first person you look for, because they always know how to bring the best out in you. You need a shoulder to cry on? Don't worry, they're already here. You need to bury a body? ...you should probably reconsider your priorities, but you know your best friend will be there with a shovel and a smile. You'd never ruin this friendship for ANYTHING in the world.

Something's brewing that may do just that, though. One of you has feelings, has for a long time, and that spells trouble. Unless you keep that to yourself and remain platonic, of course. Repression in this case might be a good thing.

Only it's too late. The cat's out of the bag, whether it's by confession or by accident. What to do, what to do? If feelings aren't returned, can you turn down a friend, or will you force something that isn't there just to make them happy? If feelings are returned, will you risk changing the perfect thing you have?

Comment with your character, canon, preferences, and which side you may want to play. IE, the one with feelings, etc. Also, mention if you'd like things to be more fluffy or more tragic.

The Body Heat Meme

Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

MAFIA ROMANCE

Some people inherit family businesses. On occasion, that inheritance comes in the form of organized crime. Hey...a job's a job.

Whether your character was born into the life, dragged into it kicking and screaming, or just made the mistake of falling for someone with too many expensive suits and more enemies: ciao. This meme's got dramatic glances across smoky restaurants, deals that go sideways, fake engagements that get inconveniently real, bodyguards with no sense of personal space because who needs it, rival families, loyalties you struggle to keep straight, and romance that probably needs a lawyer on retainer.

Play it straight or melodramatic or so full of yearning it could power this murky city's grid. Historical, modern, cobbled together from every crime movie you've watched at two am? Doesn't matter. Thread it out. Do Pacino proud. Slice-of-life with a criminal empire in the background works. For the record, so does a full-on blood feud.
